Quasimorph RealWare storyline guide: unlock the industrial corporate arc, robot security missions, Phase Bomb timing, and both dual endings.
Quasimorph RealWare Walkthrough — Robots, Industrial Power & Both Endings
RealWare is Quasimorph's industrial-corporate storyline — robot-heavy security, high-armor patrols, and consolidation politics across the fractured stations. It's the late-unlock feel arc among the five storylines in version 1.0 (Steam, July 31, 2026), one of 38 story missions, and it contributes two of the nine endings (alongside AnCom). Expect automated turrets, drone pairs, and armored synthetics, and plan your loadout around robots that resist single damage types.
Complete at least one earlier arc — Civil Resistance, Tezctlan, or read the campaign walkthrough — before RealWare contracts dominate your board.

Here's what you'll learn:
- Exactly how to unlock the RealWare storyline
- What makes it the late-game corporate arc
- Robot security mission tactics and loadout prep
- Phase Bomb timing before the fork
- Both RealWare endings and the fork structure

How to Unlock RealWare
RealWare opens by selling the starting Secret Data (received after the tutorials) to RealWare. That routes the storyline onto your Magnum board. It's one of the three Data-sold arcs along with AnCom and Tezctlan, so committing the Data here trades away those openers for this run — fine on a completionist file that replays arcs.
RealWare missions assume a mid-campaign Magnum state. Board flags may appear before you feel ready — the standalone RealWare page recommends resisting early acceptance until your examine profiles confirm your loadout counters robot resistances. Use the Loadout Planner to prep a mixed-damage set before your first deployment.
Robot Security Missions
RealWare territory is full of automated turrets, drone pairs, and armored synthetic patrols with energy and cut resist profiles. Two things make it distinctive:
- Security mission types lock Quasimorphosis at zero — ideal for learning robot layouts without Rapture pressure. Run Security contracts to farm familiarity safely.
- Assault missions become necessary when finales require drops from horror-active tables, so you'll still need Q-meter discipline from the Quasimorphosis survival guide.
Combat checklist:
- Examine every robot before committing — see resistances in the combat guide. A single-damage loadout (all pierce, say) hits an armored wall when upgraded enemy armor resists it.
- Carry mixed damage — energy, cut, blunt, pierce — so no patrol type walls you out.
- Use the room-clearing tactics for factory choke points where patrols stack behind doors.
RealWare drone pairs move as units. If you glass the front drone and ignore the rear, the survivor flanks your reload window. Kill pairs together or drop suppressive fire to break their synced push.
Phase Bomb Timing Is Pre-Fork
One of the most important rules for completionists: Phase Bomb recipe access on RealWare is available before its fork. Once you pass the fork mission, that access can close. So craft Phase Bomb early in the RealWare arc, before you choose a branch — same discipline as AnCom, but AnCom keeps it on both branches while RealWare gates it pre-fork.
If you're routing RealWare for ending prep, don't wait. Securing Phase Bomb before the fork protects your craft line regardless of which ending you pick three missions later.
RealWare Has Two Endings
RealWare splits into two endings — broadly corporate consolidation versus breakaway industrial outcomes. The fork arrives late arc via flagged contracts whose brief text references board votes, factory seizures, or alliance with rival blocs.
Before accepting a fork contract, run the nine-endings checklist:
- Does this choice exclude a faction I still need for another ending?
- Is a quest item on my clone right now? Extract it first.
- Can I use a meter-locked mission type to finish prep without horror?
You can route both RealWare endings on separate playthroughs — one toward consolidation, one toward breakaway.
To collect all 9 endings efficiently: run Civil Resistance and Tezctlan for their singles, then AnCom twice, then RealWare twice. RealWare's robot grind between runs is eased if you've banked realWare-favored barter kit from the economy guide.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start the RealWare storyline in Quasimorph?
Sell the starting Secret Data to RealWare. Board flags then appear for the corporate arc.
How many endings does RealWare have?
Two — broadly corporate consolidation vs breakaway industrial, part of the nine-ending set (one of the two dual-ending arcs with AnCom).
Is RealWare the hardest storyline in Quasimorph?
Many players consider it the hardest due to robot security (turrets, drones, armored synthetics) and the need for mixed-damage loadouts — it's positioned as the late-unlock arc.
When should I craft the Phase Bomb in RealWare?
Before the fork. RealWare grants Phase Bomb access pre-fork; delaying can close the recipe line.
