How to Get the Blueprint: All Laser Cutter Fragment Locations

You need to scan 3 Laser Cutter fragments to unlock the blueprint. They spawn on the seabed and inside wrecks in the Grassy Plateaus, the red-grass biome that rings the Safe Shallows:

Fragments also spawn loose on the Grassy Plateaus seabed. Since all five wrecks are in the same biome, one Seamoth trip around the plateaus' wrecks typically collects all three scans — grab the wrecks' other fragments and databoxes while you're there.

Power and Speed: How the Cutter Works

• 17% per door — five full cuts plus a partial sixth per Battery.
• It emits light in a 5-meter radius while equipped (handy in dark wrecks).
• The speed trick: tapping the action button in ~1-second bursts cuts faster than holding it, because the first animation in the cutter's cycle is shorter than the follow-ups. Spam the button for maximum door-per-minute.
