How Long Does 100% Take?

• Main story: ~8 hours on Normal (see the how-long-to-beat guide).
• 100% (all 58): 25-30 hours per the TrueAchievements community estimate; IGN's wiki lists the platinum at 25-45 hours. The range is wide because LASO, Mix Master and the Legendary campaign are skill-gated.
• The big time sinks: Legendary campaign (one full extra run), all 39 skulls (use the skulls guides), LASO (see the LASO guide), and Mix Master (a full remixed campaign deathless).

Achievement Guide: Fastest 100% Route

1. Play the campaign on Normal, collecting as you go. Grab every skull and terminal in passing (routes in the skulls pages and terminals guide). This pops all 13 mission achievements, the difficulty achievements up to Normal, most collectible achievements, and most combat feats naturally (Bad Gas, Make Them Count, Plate Tectonics).
2. Mop up collectibles via Chapter Select. Replay any missed missions from their earliest Rally Point. This finishes Headhunter, Lore Have Mercy and Collector's Addition.
3. Knock out unique challenges on Easy. Map Quest, Arm's Length, Food Critic, That's My Ride, Clean Lap and This is My Ship Now are all far easier on Easy or with co-op.
4. Heroic run for Heroes Never Die (and it's the setting for the Catch skull if you missed it on Normal — remember Catch requires Heroic+).
5. Legendary campaign for Living Legend. The missions walkthroughs have mission-by-mission tips.
6. Remix achievements. REMIX! pops on your first remixed mission; Beat the Drop on an easy mission with remix; Mix Master on a full deathless remixed campaign (use Bandana-style skulls on Easy).

The Hardest Achievements

• Mix Master (Silver 40G) — a full remixed campaign without dying. Remix rolls random skulls, so plan around your unlocked set; a co-op partner makes death recovery easier, but if anyone dies it fails.
• MYTHIC / LASO (Gold 50G) — complete the campaign with the LASO skull set enabled: Iron (death restarts the level), Tough Luck, Catch, Fog, Famine, Thunderstorm, Tilt, Mythic, Black Eye, Blind, Cowbell, Grunt Birthday Party... the curated 17-skull loadout. • Collector's Addition (Gold 50G) — all 39 skulls + all 13 terminals; the time sink, not a skill check. The Catch skull is the main obstacle (Heroic+ speedrun).
• Frugal Fire — with Famine, Recession and Johnny Ammo Seed active, beat a mission without running out of ammo. Counterintuitively, do it on Easy with a mission dense with ammo drops.
• Map Quest — Silent Cartographer without shooting, grenades, melee, dying or restarting. This is the most bizarre achievement in the list: it's a stealth/speed puzzle, not a combat check.

Trophies on PS5

The PlayStation version mirrors the Xbox/Steam list 1:1: 58 trophies, with Fully Evolved as the Platinum, Collector's Addition and MYTHIC as the two Golds, and Living Legend, Headhunter and Mix Master as the Silvers. Trophy rarity data on PSN suggests Headhunter and Mix Master are the rarest non-gold trophies — consistent with the community difficulty rankings above. PlayStation players also benefit from the same cross-progression (via linked Microsoft account), so trophy progress follows you between platforms.
