Endacopia Endings — All 4 Endings: Escape, Return, Stay & The Yeti (2026)

Endacopia ships with four full-game endings — Escape, Return, Stay and The Yeti — plus two demo-only outcomes. The three main endings are tied to a single Chapter II choice: which saw you give Roger. One choice, two branches; a secret ending locked behind those branches plus three hidden puzzles; and a developer-cameo ending that's fully separate. This guide gives every unlock condition with exact steps, so you can plan all four without a wasted run.

Here's what you'll learn:

  • How many endings exist and how the branching works
  • Ending A — Escape ("Family!"): Toy Saw route, step by step
  • Ending B — Return ("Family?"): Real Saw route
  • Ending C — Stay (secret): all prerequisites and the three area secrets
  • The Yeti — the hidden Andyland cameo
  • The demo endings and the Bride crash route
  • The recommended 3–4 run order for 100%

How Many Endings Does Endacopia Have?

Four full-game endings on the release version (July 27, 2026), confirmed by their Steam achievements:

Ending Achievement Type Launch unlock rate
Escape ("Family!") Escape Ending A — most common ~38%
Return ("Family?") Return Ending B — same-choice branch ~34%
Stay ("Family.") Stay Ending C — secret ~14%
The Yeti The Yeti Hidden developer cameo ~7%

Plus two demo-only outcomes: the bathroom sequence (demo main ending) and the Bride crash (optional secret route that intentionally crashes the game). Unlock rates are Steam global stats from the launch window (late July 2026); the endings themselves have no Steam description to avoid spoilers.

Per the official Steam achievements page, Escape, Return, Stay and The Yeti ship with no public description — Steam hides the text so the endings stay unspoiled.

The Branch That Splits Everything: the Saw Choice

All three main endings flow from one Chapter II moment. During the epilogue:

  1. Reach Henry's computer and open PASSWORDS.TXT — the Saw Box code is 471.
  2. Open the Saw Box and take one saw only: the Toy Saw or the Real Saw.
  3. Give it to Roger.
Saw given to Roger Ending What follows
Toy Saw Escape ("Family!") Mandatory Henry boss fight, "Family!" epilogue
Real Saw Return ("Family?") Darker epilogue variant, "Family?"

The choice is irreversible for the run — the box won't let you take the second saw. Back up your save before opening it (the single-save system plus Steam Cloud since 1.04 means reloading a pre-box save is the only in-game way to see both branches). Full details in the walkthrough and save file guide.

Ending A — Escape ("Family!")

The most common ending and the one most first-time players hit without planning.

How to unlock:

  1. Progress through Chapter 1 and reach the Chapter II epilogue.
  2. Open the Saw Box with 471, take the Toy Saw.
  3. Give the Toy Saw to Roger.
  4. Continue into Chapter III — defeat Henry in the mouth arena (uvula bait fight; cannot be skipped).
  5. At the Chapter III epilogue, proceed through the main path → Escape / "Family!" plays.
Beating Henry doesn't pick your ending

The A/B split is decided by the saw gift in Chapter II, not the boss fight. Henry is the climax of the Escape route — you fight him because you chose the Toy Saw. The full arena strategy is in the walkthrough.

Ending B — Return ("Family?")

The darker reading of the same family confrontation.

How to unlock:

  1. Reload a save from before the Saw Box (or start a second run).
  2. Take the Real Saw from the box.
  3. Give it to Roger.
  4. Play through Chapter III — the Return ending (also titled "Family?") triggers when you follow the main epilogue door.

The community summary: Return presents a harsher interpretation of the family reveal, and it's the ending that made one reviewer describe finishing Endacopia as "the most bittersweet feeling." You need a separate run or save reload to see both A and B — they're mutually exclusive on a single file.

Ending C — Stay (Secret)

The secret ending, and the reason completionists need a dedicated run. You cannot get Stay on a first playthrough.

All prerequisites (non-negotiable):

  1. Unlock Escape (Toy Saw route) on one playthrough.
  2. Unlock Return (Real Saw route) on another.
  3. Reload a near-complete Chapter 1 save for the Stay attempt.
  4. On the Stay run, fight every optional boss — Trapezist, Chameleon and AI. Do not take the avoid paths (Cut The Act, Case Closed, Short Circuit).
  5. Complete all three area secrets on the same run:
Secret Location How
Cinema remote Misery Town cinema Metal Detector on the sandy floor → remote → screen map (windowed mode helps)
Fish Paper Key Timesville Catch all 18 fish → Fish Paper Key → safe beyond the waterfall → Angel's Plea
Telescope Morse The Office station entrance Telescope at the bench → CALL US! 277-5944 → Jobs app → Morse "Behind the stairs 1 minute" → wait 60s behind the stairs → VR helmet room

Final trigger:

  • Progress through Chapters II and III normally for your saw path.
  • At the Chapter III epilogue, ignore the "please open" door.
  • Return to Mellow's room instead. If every secret was done, the room changes and Stay ("Family.") plays.
Miss one secret and Stay won't trigger

If Mellow's room looks unchanged at the epilogue, a secret puzzle was missed or a boss was skipped. Reload the Chapter I save and verify the checklist. Keep the game on patch 1.07+ — a title-screen load re-syncs the Stay achievement if it fails to register.

The Yeti — the Hidden Developer Cameo

The Yeti is fully separate from the Escape/Return/Stay triangle.

How to unlock:

  1. After the main endings (community consensus suggests after A, B and ideally C), locate Andyland — AndyLand's in-game developer cameo as an optional NPC.
  2. Talk to Andyland to start a dancing / rhythm mini-game.
  3. Complete the interaction — The Yeti achievement pops (~6.8% at launch, one of the rarest alongside A Natural Brawler).

See the characters guide for Andyland's lore and appearance notes.

Demo Endings

  • Demo main ending (bathroom sequence): defeat Clocky → plunger on the toilet → top dialogue option → password Cheshire → the Red Creature pulls Mellow through the toilet. In the full game this is the Prologue and continues into Chapter 1.
  • Secret demo route (The Bride crash): spell "underground" with the ceiling lamps in Tip's area, enter the B&W anatomy zone, find the secret basement, and interact with The Bride three times — the game intentionally crashes with a sinister laugh. It's a confirmed secret ending, not a bug.

Which Ending First? The 100% Order

Because the boss fight/avoid achievements are also mutually exclusive per run, the efficient completionist order is:

  1. Run 1: Toy Saw → Escape, fight all three optional bosses, collect side achievements (Fatal Performance, No Strings Attached, System Override, Escape).
  2. Run 2: Real Saw → Return, take the avoid paths (Cut The Act, Case Closed, Short Circuit, Return).
  3. Run 3: reload a Chapter I save → complete the three Stay secrets, fight all bosses → Stay.
  4. Any run: find Andyland → The Yeti; Prologue soccer to 100 → Footwork Master.

The full 16-achievement plan is in the achievements guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many endings does Endacopia have?

Four full-game endings — Escape, Return, Stay (secret) and The Yeti (developer cameo) — plus the demo bathroom ending and the optional Bride crash route.

How do I get the good ending in Endacopia?

There's no officially confirmed "good" ending — AndyLand hasn't labeled one canon. The most common first ending is Escape ("Family!"): give Roger the Toy Saw from the Saw Box (code 471) and beat Henry in Chapter III.

What is the Stay ending in Endacopia and how do I unlock it?

Stay is the secret ending: unlock Escape and Return first, fight every optional boss on the Stay run, complete three area secrets (Misery Town cinema remote, Timesville 18-fish key, Office telescope Morse), then ignore the "please open" door in Chapter III and return to Mellow's room.

Does Endacopia have a secret ending?

Yes — two, depending on how you count: Stay (the full-game secret ending) and The Yeti (the hidden Andyland cameo), plus the demo-only Bride crash route.

Which ending should I do first in Endacopia?

Toy Saw → Escape first. It's the most common route, includes the Henry boss fight, and sets up the Stay prerequisites alongside a second run for Return.

Can I get all endings in one playthrough?

No — Escape and Return are mutually exclusive branches of the same Chapter II choice, and the boss fight/avoid achievements also conflict. All four endings realistically need 3–4 playthroughs (or save reloads before the branch points).
