两条路线的选择

Act 2 中期拿到二段跳后走北线：Putrified Ducts → Bilewater 北侧 → 沿中段走廊到 Bilehaven。路上注意解锁中段 Bench 作为检查点，然后爬左上到竞技场。
Groal the Great 打法要点
- Groal 是 Bilewater 的区域 Boss，竞技场在 Bilehaven 前
- 附近无 Bench：死了回到上一个 Bench（跑尸地狱）——这就是为什么社区把它列为"最差 Boss 跑尸"之一
- 通用思路：用 Swift Step 冲刺 保持机动、Boss 硬直期输出；带够 Silkeater 保底（死后远程回收）
Groal 前的路本身就有大量敌人；如果连续失败，先离开去升级钉与面具（血量提升 相关机制在 Silksong 对应 Mask Shard），Bilewater 对装备有硬要求。

Seeker's Soul 小屋就在 Key of Apostate 附近——规划一趟路线同时拿两件：先打 Groal → 拿 Seeker's Soul → 顺路取 Key（Act 3 解锁链 里 Key 也有用途）。
